SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are dispatched within one (1) business day from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed and shipped on the next working business day (typically Monday).
7 DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Any request for return, replacement, or refund must be reported within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
To initiate a request, the customer must email sales@ygmacousticfoams.com with the Order ID, complete description of the issue, and supporting evidence, as applicable.
MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT
A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory for all claims related to:
• Transit damage
• Missing items
• Incorrect product received
• Manufacturing defects
• Any physical damage or quality-related concern
The video must clearly capture:
• All sides of the sealed outer package prior to opening
• The package being opened
• The complete unpacking process without interruption
• A clear view of the product and the reported issue
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video that meets the above requirements shall not be eligible for any refund, replacement, or compensation.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return:
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original new condition
• The product must be free from dirt, damage, tears, marks, or alterations caused after delivery
• The return must include the original packaging, all accessories, and the purchase invoice
Any product not meeting the above conditions shall be deemed ineligible for return or refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGES
The following charges are non-refundable:
• Forward shipping charges
• Return shipping charges
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or incorrect contact details provided by the customer, the customer shall be responsible for all re-shipping charges.
We shall not be liable for loss, delay, or misdelivery of shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address or phone number provided at the time of order placement.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If an order is cancelled while it is in the processing stage, a cancellation fee of seventeen percent (17%) of the order value shall be applicable.
PRICING & POLICY DISCLOSURE
Products listed on our official website may be offered at a lower price than on third-party e-commerce platforms. This pricing structure is possible because the cost of free return logistics is not built into our product pricing.
By maintaining a transparent and cost-efficient return model, we pass on the operational savings directly to our customers, allowing them to purchase genuine YGM Acoustic Foams® products at more competitive prices.
